Returns Policy

  • All original tags MUST BE intact and items must be unsoiled, unworn, unused and in 'time of sale' condition.
  • For health reasons underwear and swimwear cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Sale items or items purchased during a promotion/flash sale (the using of a promo code) do not qualify for a refund,  only store credit or exchange. Return Postage for exchanges are at your expense. 
  • Change of Mind/Incorrect Full Priced Items (purchased without a discount) will be eligible for a refund. 
  • If the item is faulty & returned within 14 days of purchase a refund will be given. 
  • All products are inspected before postage to ensure no damaged or defaced items are being sent out, however sometimes mistakes can be made and will do everything in our power to rectify the problem.
  • In the event of a missed faulty item, we are happy to pay return postage, on similar terms as above and that the item is unworn, with tags intact.
  • Store credit or an exchange will be applied to returned items, granted they meet the above criteria of this policy and returned within 14 days & contact has been made prior via email with a forwarded copy of your tax invoice (order confirmation email) before returning.
  • A forwarding address will be given once exchange approval has been granted, PLEASE DO NOT return to address in shipping label unless advised by Mini-Licious or items will be returned to sender.
  • Your Refund, Credit Note or Exhange will then be processed by Mini-Licious within 2 days of receiving returned item. 
  • All 'change of mind' or 'incorrect size items' are to be returned at the customers expense and remain your responsibility until received by Mini-licious.
